Dear Members,
You will have noticed that Sunshine Baseball Club has been going through a brand refresh over the course of last season that includes our updated logo, colour palette, and overall identity to better represent who we are today and into the future. The Club has taken this rebranding direction with a nod to the past and looking to the future.
With the updated branding now in place it is time to refresh our club uniform at all levels to ensure consistency across our teams, strengthen our club identity, and helps us present a united and professional image both on and off the field.
The New Uniform
Design:
- The iconic Sunshine script across the chest takes its inspiration from the classic uniforms of the late 1950s, a golden era of our club’s history.
- The Wedge-Tailed Eagle featured proudly on the front, our eagle represents strength, pride, and resilience, harkening back to one of the club’s earliest emblems.
- Pinstripe Detail: subtle pinstripes down the side panels are a respectful nod to the bold looks of the 1990s, an era that forged many of the traditions our players and supporters still celebrate today.
Uniform items included: Senior and Junior jersey, pre-game tee, hoodie, socks, and caps to start, with other items becoming available soon.
- Senior Jerseys will have a number and will be worn by all open senior teams (1’s to 4’s, Women’s, and Masters)
- Junior Jerseys will not have a number and are worn by members playing SL70 and above.
- Please note that if you play in a junior team but also play in a senior team, you may elect a number to wear.
- Pre-Game tee is the playing top for all Tee-Ball, Little League Minor and Little League Major teams.
- Pre-Game tee is also the new training top/undershirt for all members.
- All members will be required to wear the new uniform effective 2025/26 summer season.

Support for Members
We understand that changing uniforms is a commitment. To encourage players to make the change to the new uniform as quickly as possible the committee has decided to subsidise the newly branded items and sell them ‘at cost’ until the end of December 2025. This is a saving of $20.00 alone on a player jersey.
From the new year these items will revert to their normal selling price. We believe the new uniform will give our club a fresh, strong, and unified look. Thank you for your support in embracing this exciting change. Together, we’ll wear our new colours with pride.
